Junior Company Lawyer

    We are looking for a dynamic young lawyer

  to assist the management in their operations.

Responsibilities:

 · Draft and Evaluate new business agreements

· Design and oversee the company’s policy and  position on legal matters.

· Protect the company against legal risks and  violations.

· Examine the legal issues related to services  provided by the Company.

· Represent the Company at meetings with local  authorities and officials.

· Draft and Execute Notarial Agreements on behalf of the Company

· Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

· Good knowledge in company law and labor law.

Requirements: 

· Attorney at Law with minimum three years of  experience.

· Notary Public with minimum three years of experience.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

· High analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
